Follow these simple steps to setup your email client to work with our email services. The screen shots below are for Outlook Express, but should be very similar for other email clients. If you have any difficulty, please contact our office at 321-757-8909 and someone will be able to assist you.
1. Open Outlook or Outlook Express
2. Click the 'Tools' menu, and select 'Accounts'
3. Click 'Add', and then click 'Mail...'
4. Enter your name in the 'Display name:' field, and click 'Next.'
5. Enter your full email address (username@domainname.com) in the 'Email address:' field, and click 'Next.'
6. Enter 'mail.artemismail.com' in the 'Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server:' field.
7. Enter 'mail.artemismail.com' in the 'Ougoing mail (SMTP) server:' field.
8. Click 'Next.'
9. Enter your full email address (username@domainname.com) in the 'Account name:' field.
10. Enter your email password in the 'Password:' field, and click 'Next.'
11. Click 'Finish.'
12. Highlight 'mail.artemismail.com' under 'Account,' and click 'Properties.'
13. Click the 'Advanced' tab
14. Ensure that the under the 'Delivery' area, that NO checkboxes are selected. At a minimum, if you choose to leave your email on the server, ensure the very last check box labeled 'Remove from server when deleted from 'Deleted Items' is selected. All other settings on this tab should be identical to what is shown below.
NOTE: Some providers do block access to port 25 for the outgoing mail server port number. If so, please substitute it with port 587.
15. Click the 'Servers' tab, and check the box next to 'My server requires authentication.' Also verify that the 'POP3' and 'SMTP' server options match what is shown below.
16. Click 'Ok' and you have completed setup of your email account!
